1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the bently888.my website, mobile application, software, and all services offered by bently888 (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). This Agreement takes effect from the date you first access the Platform or register as a member, whichever comes first.

By using the Platform bently888, you confirm that:

• You have fully read and understood these Terms & Conditions;
• You agree to be bound by all provisions in this document;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set by bently888;
• You use the Platform at your own will and risk;
• You understand that gaming on bently888 is purely for entertainment purposes.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please stop using the bently888 Platform immediately.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use the services bently888, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. bently888 takes the protection of minors seriously and will take strict action against anyone who attempts to register using falsified age information.
• Nationality / Location: The bently888 platform is designed for players accessing from Malaysia. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with their local laws.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who have been declared bankrupt or are subject to any court order are not permitted to register.
• Non-Employees: Employees, contractors, representatives, and immediate family members of bently888 staff are not permitted to hold active accounts on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Individuals who have enrolled in any responsible gaming self-exclusion programme are not permitted to register for or use bently888's services.

Bently888 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and may request supporting documents such as a national ID or proof of address for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification purposes.

3Registration & Account Management

The registration process at bently888 is simple and free. However, there are a few important rules you need to follow:

• One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on bently888 at any time. Owning multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different names, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation that may result in account freezing and forfeiture of all funds.
• Accurate Information: All information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. You are responsible for updating your details should any changes occur, particularly your phone number and email address.
• Password Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Use a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols to create a strong password. Change your password regularly.
• Unauthorised Access Notification: If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact the bently888 support team immediately via live chat or email at support@bently888.my.
• Email & Phone Verification: Registration must be verified via the registered email or phone number. Accounts that remain unverified within 7 days may be automatically deleted.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

Bently888 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods for your convenience. All financial transactions are processed securely using the latest encryption technology.

Accepted Payment Methods:

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit is RM30 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit is RM50,000 per day.
• All deposits are credited to your account instantly upon successful payment confirmation.
• Your deposit method must be registered in your own name. Deposits made through third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Bently888 does not charge any processing fees for deposits.

Withdrawal Rules:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal is RM30,000 per day.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes for e-wallet methods and 1–3 working days for bank transfers.
• Your first withdrawal requires completed identity verification (KYC) before it can be processed.
• Bently888 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for up to 5 business days for security review purposes where necessary.
• Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Bently888 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the terms and wagering requirements specified in each individual promotion.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new bently888 members only. Each player is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once. This bonus carries a 30x wagering requirement on the bonus amount before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Deposit Bonus: Bonus percentages and maximum caps are stated on the promotions page. Deposit bonuses must be used within the specified period or they will expire automatically.
• Weekly Cashback: Calculated based on total net losses for the week. Cashback is credited every Monday and carries a 1x wagering requirement only.
• Free Spins: Free spins are valid only for the specified slot games. Winnings from free spins are subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
• Bonus Restrictions: Using more than one account to claim bonuses, or any attempt to manipulate the bently888 bonus system, will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and suspension of the account.
• Right to Void Bonuses: bently888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion or bonus at any time without prior notice.

6Betting Rules

All betting activity on bently888 subject to the following rules:

• Betting Limits: Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game interface. Players must comply with these limits at all times.
• Sports Betting: Odds for all sports including the Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, and e-sports are updated in real time. Bently888 reserves the right to void or settle any bet placed based on an obvious error in the odds.
• Final Decision: All game outcomes determined by the bently888 system are final and binding, and may not be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• Technical Failure: Should a technical disruption occur during a game session, any affected bets will be voided and funds returned to the player's account. bently888 is not responsible for any losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Fraud Prevention: Any form of fraud, use of bots, unauthorised third-party software, or collusion between players to exploit the platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action.

7Player Conduct

Player bently888 are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and to respect the Platform and fellow players. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited:

• Using offensive language, threatening, or harassing bently888 support staff or other players;
• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt bently888's systems or servers;
• Spreading false or misleading information about bently888;
• Using a VPN or identity-masking software to bypass regional restrictions;
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity through the bently888 platform;
• Sharing or selling your bently888 account to any third party.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Closure by Player: You may close your bently888 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedure.

Suspension by Bently888: bently888 reserves the right to suspend or close your account immediately and without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity;
• Inaccurate or false registration information;
• Holding multiple accounts;
• Failure to submit the required KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe;
• Instructions from the relevant legal authorities.

In cases of suspension due to fraud or breach of terms, bently888 reserves the right to withhold all funds in the account until the investigation is concluded.

9Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, bently888 is not liable for:

• Any direct or indirect financial losses incurred by a player as a result of betting activity;
• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance;
• Delays in processing financial transactions due to factors beyond bently888's control;
• Any damage to your device or data loss occurring during use of the platform;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

Bently888's maximum liability to any player under any circumstances is limited to the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days prior to the claim being raised.

10Responsible Gaming

12Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from the use of the platform bently888 will be resolved through the following process:

• First Stage: Contact the bently888 customer support team via live chat or email at support@bently888.my. We are committed to resolving any issues within 48 working hours.
• Second Tier: If the issue cannot be resolved at the first level, it will be escalated to bently888 senior management for review and a final decision.
• Third Tier: If the matter remains unresolved, it may be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration body.

All disputes must be submitted within 30 days of the date of the incident in question. Claims submitted after this period will not be entertained.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and bently888 regarding the use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings relating to the same subject matter.
